So I just edited an article about the American Bully. I am so surprised at how blatantly biased it was. In a community of intellectuals I assumed that people wouldn't just fall into the stereotypes about some of the breeds used to create this new breed. I mean every dog on this planet had a similar process. You breed toward attributes you like, such as temperament and look. The Bully like the Pug is being bred to be a companion and show animal. What is wrong with that? When the stigma of the false label 'pitbull' which is like 'nigger' for dogs. It is inaccurate and stereotypical. A blocky head, a muscular body and a certain look is all it takes to be a 'pitbull' then these dogs in many cases are murdered! If a Labrador bites a child the dog may be quarantined and the owners receive a fine, if a 'pitbull' does it then the dog is murdered. Look up the statistics of deaths and which breeds maul people and you'll find the pitbull isn't even the highest or near the breed with the highest incidencts of violence, but they are sensationalized. Now here's the point the American Bully as a breed is not a pitbull the pitbull is the wolf that this dog is based from but the dog is very different in appearance.

Let's really keep this an impartial community of scholars so that we put unbiased good information out there.
