Unfortunately I have reverted your changes because they weren't properly formatted, and the information was too detailed for the lead section of the article. That article is also global in scope, and the information you added provided excessive details about events and people in the United States. You could consider replacing the information at Environmental racism in the United States, but please be careful with the formatting (and the details would still not belong in the lead section, which is supposed to broadly summarise the whole article (see MOS:LEAD)).
