Hello, Deracon, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one of your contributions does not conform to Wikipedia's Neutral Point of View policy (NPOV). Wikipedia articles should refer only to facts and interpretations that have been stated in print or on reputable websites or other forms of media.

There's a page about the NPOV policy that has tips on how to effectively write about disparate points of view without compromising the NPOV status of the article as a whole. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the New contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, click here to ask for help on your talk page, and a volunteer should respond shortly. Below are a few other good links for newcomers:

That edit is too controversial to be installed without discussion. Please talk about it before you re-add that. CityOfSilver 19:01, 26 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Okay, so, let's talk. The edit I am trying to make explains what a Chemtrail is. The Chemtrail Conspiracy Theory is not what a Chemtrail is, it is a train of thought about what or why there are Chemtrails. Also, the Chemtrail Conspiracy Theory wiki is just that a vague opinion of a conspiracy theory. In fact, the page doesn't actually mention why people believe there are chemtrails or even go into the conspiracy itself it just says that people believe nefarious or doubious motives. No motives or theories are actually stated. Even though there is plenty of information out there about WHY people believe Chemtrails exist. I call that bias. The edits I am trying to make on this page forward to more information (such as the Conspiracy Theory and other things related to it such as Cloud Seeding, which technically is a Chemtrail, but not a part of 'the Conspiracy'. My edits are being made to allow the reader or researcher more information than a simple redirect to clearly biased rhetoric. Chemtrails are in fact a thing not a conspiracy. Sure there is a conspiracy theory about them, but simply redirecting without letting the populace first understand what a chemtrail is, is just that... as I stated earlier, bias. The chemtrail page should first discuss what a Chemtrail is, defining what a chemtrail is. And then once the definition is given, go off (leading readers), to various causes for them or trains of thought as to why they exist such as Cloud Seeding and/or 'the Chemtrail Conspiracy Theory'. Not just instantly lead the reader to a dismissive page. Deracon (talk) 13:44, 27 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
