Good work on the article. I especially liked how you included a subsection on discrimination against Chinese immigrants in the “Background” section, with references made to the Page Act of 1875 and the Chinese Exclusion Act of 1882. You mentioned that more work needs to be done on the “Issue” section, and I see that you have added information on the lawsuit and the claims made by Tape’s attorney, W.F. Gibson. One suggestion that I have, perhaps for the “Aftermath” section, is to bring in some review articles that discuss the impact of Tape v. Hurley on school segregation and the extent to which it has affected subsequent court decisions.
