Thanks for asking. The reasons are as follows:

1. Some charts, like the Philippines Billboard 100, are fake. They are not run by a legitimate company or organization.
2. Some charts are not national charts. They reflect a certain group of radio stations (Tokyo Hot 100) or television stations (anything tied to MTV).
3. There are to be no more than 10 national charts on a page.
