Dino Q&A

[edit]

Please post any prehistoric life questions you have for me below this message, following this example question:
Q: What kind of animal is a T-Rex? [Your signature (~~~~)]
A: T. rex is a species of the genus Tyrannosaurus which belongs to the Tyrannosauroidea dinosaur family. The tyrannosaurids are in the Theropoda suborder, which in turn belongs to the Saurichia order of the class Dinosauria. Dinosauria is one of the classes in the Archosauria group of reptiles. So, T. rex is a reptile. I see you have written "T-Rex". Using a dash like that is considered unscientific. The correct term is Tyrannosaurus rex or just T. rex. Thanks for askin'! ;-) [My signature]

I will answer your question as soon as possible (expect 2 days to a month), so keep checking back here. I would be very glad to hear questions from fellow users about my favorite topic! (ALERT: My answers may or may not contain full scientific detail). ;-) Dinoweek (talk) 20:19, 26 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Dinochat

[edit]

Probably more fun and sensible than Dino Q & A would be Dinochat. Any else who is interested in extinct animals is more than welcome to start a discussion about them below this message. I would love to hear opinions and knowledge from other users abouts various prehistoric topics such as:
Which dinosaur would win if two dinos fought each other.
The biggest animals.[1]
Favorite extinct animal(s) [2]
Recent discoveries.

So come along and start a prehistoric chat today! ;-) Dinoweek (talk) 21:20, 26 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
