Hello Jacob, I would like you to know I have undone your undo because I disagree with your reason for undoing my change. Reason being that the minor change I made is justified by the fact that Afrikans/Afrikan states don't refer to other Afrikans/Afrikan states as 'foreigners'. We are in one union together. My change is further supported by the many treaties that have been signed like the Constitutive Act of the African Union, Yamoussoukro Decision, Abuja Treaty and the Afrikan agenda Agenda 2063.
