NOTE[edit]

Post what you like and say what you want; I tend to be extremely unrepentant and will strike back if cornered.

Amy Lee[edit]

Please only include the new section on the Howard Stern rivalry (or whatever it is) ONLY with a reliable source. Wikipedia is very strict on unsourced information being included in a Biography of a Living Person (BLP). Anything that could in ANY way be considered controversial or could result in either party (or Wikipedia, for that matter) to become libelous for the information, it needs to have a reliable source. ~ [ Scott M. Disambiguation link notification for December 12[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Liberty City (Grand Theft Auto IV Era), you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Jackson Heights, Broadway and Randalls Island (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Proposed deletion of Beached (naval)[edit]

Ambox warning yellow.svg

The article Beached (naval) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

WP:NAD and WP:NOUN

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. DexDor (talk) 20:15, 13 December 2012 (UTC)

I'm all for deletion of articles that don't meet standards - if "Beached (naval)" would better serve as a Wiktionary entry then by all means, let's get it on its way. Dkendr (talk) 20:40, 13 December 2012 (UTC)

License tagging for File:LtasubwayJA.png[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:LtasubwayJA.png. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information.

To add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia. For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 07:05, 18 December 2012 (UTC)

December 2012[edit]

Hello, I'm ScottMHoward. I wanted to let you know that I undid one or more of your recent contributions to Amy Lee because it didn't appear constructive. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks! ~ [ Scott M. Howard ] ~ [ Talk ]:[ Contribs ] ~ 04:54, 29 December 2012 (UTC)

Yes, it would be nice to have this edit explained. It's very apparent that you strong dislike Amy Lee based on your userpage, but that's no excuse for such a blatant personal attack and vandalism. There's no place for that on Wikipedia. Huntster (t @ c) 11:32, 29 December 2012 (UTC)
Curious why you think you're entitled to have anything explained to you. Take it to the admins for a block or take it down the hall. Dkendr (talk) 11:45, 29 December 2012 (UTC)
Err, given that you read my userpage, you might have noticed I am an admin. It was blatant vandalism you committed, which is why I asked. You raise a valid point that unsourced material should be sourced, certainly, but wholesale removal of material that is sourced elsewhere is not the correct move. I can work on fixing the issue, but please refrain from personal attacks. As for my job, I enjoy dispatching. and have no interest in being a police officer. Those are two very different jobs...I do not have a badge, I did not go through POST training, by my choice, not that of my superiors. You might be surprised at just how much dispatchers deal with that the officers never even hear about. Please check your judgemental attitude at the door...it has no place on Wikipedia. Have a good day! Huntster (t @ c) 12:58, 29 December 2012 (UTC)
Also, the sourcing issue has been fixed; only two were without sources, which were easy to locate. Huntster (t @ c) 13:20, 29 December 2012 (UTC)
Want to prove you're not biased? We have a problem with an editor calling himself Hullaballoo Wolfowitz who has appointed himself a guardian of any page Howard Stern-related. Regrettably, he insists on misapplying things like WP:POV and WP:BLP to remove things which are relevant to the context of the Stern show, but are not personally relevant to him. There is a consensus as to what belongs and he has gone against it time and time again. Surely an even-keeled admin such as yourself can do something to curb his rogue enthusiasm, yes? OR is my faith in your ability to be an impartial admin misplaced? Dkendr (talk) 15:00, 29 December 2012 (UTC)

December 2012[edit]

Please do not create pages that attack, threaten, or disparage their subject. Attack pages and files are not tolerated by Wikipedia and are speedily deleted. Users who create or add such material may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Thank you. Hullaballoo Wolfowitz (talk) 15:29, 29 December 2012 (UTC)

What page, exactly, are you suggesting I created, Wolfowitz? Dkendr (talk) 01:11, 30 December 2012 (UTC)

Thank You[edit]

Hi, I would like to say thanks for modifying the worst movies ever. Listen, you can do the same with the following pages: List of video games notable for negative reception, List of television series notable for negative reception, and List of music considered the worst. I really appreciate your editing on the worst movies list. Keep it up. Because your the best editor ever on Wikipedia.--24.13.169.19 (talk) 22:54, 29 December 2012 (UTC)

Files missing description details[edit]

Dear uploader: The media files you uploaded as:
