Please hold off on edits on Marshall_Strabala for a day or two

A few parties are trying to work things out (I personnel am cooling my heels from my previous heated rhetoric in my first two days). I encourage you to use the new "Fresh Start" on the Talk page [1], this is to keep changes to a minimum to reach a reasonable concessional outcome and avoid wasting valuable time of interested parties. And please do be objective.

There have been some conflict of interest and one person was banned - I don't know all the proper terms but I am learning, you can go to the [2] for details. So be careful you could be banned for doing what you don't understand.

If you don't like the page or have an issue with something wait a day or two it won't be the end of the world, but hopefully you won't fee the need to make several direct edit's when all is done in a day or two. Personally it is my hope to just discuss and let Nova make the change since he has invested the most time and seem to be the most impartial of what I consider active editors.

I am sure others could explain it better - I barely understand the etiquette myself right now but it is "growing on me" since it does seem to work.
