If you want to cite it, the least you can do is put ref tags around the link. So, it will look like "blah blah.<ref>http://www.foo.com</ref>" That will only show the address in the references section. For something a little cleaner looking, you can use "blah blah.<ref>{{cite web | url=http://www.foo.com | title=Stuff | accessdate = March 19, 2010 }}</ref> If there's at least something there, then someone else can make it look pretty but without a source, nobody knows where you got the information.
