Was there a reason you decided that your Richard Douglas was more important that the existing redirect page? --Blowdart | talk 08:59, 10 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Yes - he's an active senior civil servant in the highest profile finance job in the government, as opposed to an obscure ex-politician. Above that, he's also actually known as Richard Douglas, rather than Dick Douglas.
