Ketsia

What is wrong with the Ketsia article Mike? She is a known artist in Quebec, see http://www.stat.gouv.qc.ca/donstat/societe/culture_comnc/enreg_sonore/palmares/t6_pal_enr_son_2010_an.htm Does a singer have to be known in the USA in order to be considered significant? This is not a personal attack, I just don't understand why a Quebec singer is being given such a tough time.
