Through-transmission ultrasonography vs pulse echo
[edit]Dear User: Drickey since you are one of the editors of the article on medical ultrasonography, please note that I have posted the following message on the talk page of the article: " A very good and interesting article on medical ultrasonography. I have noted that through-transmission ultrasonography is not mentioned ( as used for example in quantitative ultrasound to assess bone density ).
