Speedy deletion of "Cleveland biolabs"

As reviewing administrator, I recognize the important sponsorship, so I didn't delete it. I started rewriting it--now you finish--I put some advice about it on the article talk p. Make sure none is from the company web site. and try for conciseness--liker an encyclopedia should. IDo the references according to WP:CITEf you have WP:Conflict of Interest, say so frankly here.
