Your travel page mentions that you have been to Massachusetts and Maine. Unless you flew directly to both, you also qualify for New Hampshire. You may have forgotten it, because the I-95 mileage in New Hampshire, like Delaware, is minimal(its less than 20 miles) but if you drove to Maine you had to go through New Hampshire (unless you arrived there via driving through Canada.).
