Horatio Algier Myth

[edit]

Restore the information. It is contained elsewhere in wikipedia and thus was referenced. You don't read your own encyclopedia. Tsk. Tsk. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.254.57.118 (talk) 12:42, 15 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Pff. What do you mean, the page is right here. Besides, the references on Horatio Alger won't be needed due to it already being in the aforementioned article. I have also added a link to the myth from the main article. ZappaOMati 00:42, 16 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. When you recently edited Francisco Pizarro, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Cartagena and Cortés (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. I noticed your recent edit to Francisco Pizarro does not have an edit summary. Please provide one before saving your changes to an article, as the summaries are quite helpful to people browsing an article's history. Thanks! SENATOR2029 talk 17:10, 22 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
