Notability of EDraw

A tag has been placed on EDraw, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. Howdy, that's a template note above, written in broadly-applicable officialese. This is a small hand-typed add-on by someone else, who just happens to be watching the List of mind mapping software article. :)
