[edit]The article has an overall completeness score of 79. The portion of the article that the author has added to is also very strong. There is a lot of information in the overall (which has led to a notice that there might be too much information), and within the “in politics” section, there is a lot of good information that adds to the piece overall. The information being added adds a new lens which gives some new perspective, and might be helpful in understanding other parts of the article as well. In terms of improvement, the organization and sources could be improved slightly. Currently, the “In Politics” section is only one large paragraph, which could reasonably be split into two or more paragraphs that might be more appealing visually and organizationally. Specifically, the information added about the work of Krook could be its own paragraph and could be expanded on if it were to have its own space. Additionally, the sources are currently only from Krook, and by adding some additional sources, there might be an opportunity to expand on the article outside of one perspective. There seems to be a good amount of work on this topic, so expanding to include that would likely be a good addition. Also, the author might consider contributing to the clean up of the rest of the article in making it more concise while maintaining the integrity of the information. Currently, I would say the overall article is well-developed, but the section the author is editing could be more developed. I think with the addition of a few more sources, it will be so much stronger and will add a lot to the overall article!

[edit]The article as a whole is very strong, and you did a great job of finding a space for improvement! You did a great job differentiating VAWP from political violence more broadly. You also did a great job of using Krook’s article to summarize and explain the different kinds of VAWP and the groups who are most likely to be targeted. One of the article’s strengths is it’s use of examples of violence against women from around the world and from different time periods. I think you could add similar examples of violence against women in politics to your section to strengthen the information you provide. I would asses both the overall article and this addition as fairly well-developed, but with plenty of room to continue to add specifics like you are doing. I think the article could also be improved by adding a summary/ overview to the lead and updating the Achievements of the VAW movements to include achievements since the 1990s, if you need other areas to focus on improving!
