Die So Fluid

[edit]

If the band deserves an article, then independent reliable sources (see WP:RS will exist which discuss the band extensively (i.e. review their albums, interview the members, etc.). If you wish to recreate the article, feel free to do so, as long as it complies with WP:BAND, our guidelines for acceptable articles about bands. The most important issue is that the article needs to cite reliable sources which demonstrate the notability of the band. We don't just take it on your word that the band is important, we need to verify that they are important by seeing independent reliable sources that say so. And by independent, that means that the people writing about the band are not the people associated with it. And by reliable, that means that the source is some published source which has editorial control, like a major national or international newspaper, magazine, or journal. If these sources do not exist, then Wikipedia's rules do not allow for an article. If you find that these sources do exist, feel free to recreate the article showing that they do. You may also want to see Wikipedia:WikiProject Musicians, a project devoted to maintaining high quality articles about musicians. Good luck, and if you need any more help, feel free to ask me on my talk page! --Jayron32.talk.contribs 17:05, 21 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I have moved the article to a subpage of your user namespace named User:Eighty6TA/Die So Fluid. See Wikipedia:Subpages and Wikipedia:Namespace. Basically, your personal "user namespace" consists of your userpage, your user talk page, and any subpages you create under your main userpage. You are given great leeway to do with your user namespace as you wish (not unlimited leeway, just more than the main article namespace) and working on draft articles is EXACTLY one of those things that the user namespace is good for. See also WP:USERPAGE. Feel free to edit the draft article I have created for you, and when you are ready to move it back to the article space, you can use the move function at the top of the page, or if you prefer, you can contact me and I can show you how its done. If you need any more help, just drop me a note at any time! --Jayron32.talk.contribs 15:52, 22 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
