I've moved the COI notice to the talk page. Just to clarify, COI doesn't mean that you absolutely can't touch the article at all — we just need to be cautious because some people who edit their own articles have a tendency to insert promotional puff like "her fans consider her the greatest singer in the history of pop music", which doesn't really belong in an encyclopedia article. Looking at the edit history, it doesn't look like you've done that — your contributions were pretty factual and straightforward biographical details, and we can generally live with an article subject contributing that kind of stuff to their own articles.

So while it might be a good idea to follow the "post your changes to the talk page and allow another editor to review them" advice anyway, if only so that you can avoid the appearance of violating Wikipedia policy, you haven't really done anything all that terrible :-) Bearcat 02:52, 15 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
