Russian research on NLP

[edit]

Hey, I now have access to a translation of the Russian research on NLP. I've put a note about it on the NLP article talk page. Would be great to get your comment there. --Comaze 11:31, 21 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I'll have a look. It's been a busy time recently. Eli the Barrow-boy 12:05, 21 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Here's the dissertation citation if you are interested: Esterbrook, Richard (2006) Introducing Russian neuro-linguistic programming behavior modification techniques to enhance learning and coping skills for high-risk students in community colleges: An initial investigation. George Mason University, 389 pages; AAT 3208972 --Comaze 12:21, 21 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Right now I haven't got an access to dissertation database, so I can't check for this paper. Is there any way for me to get a copy of it, since I've got access only to an abstract at this moment? It will also be useful for expanding the Russian article. I've left a note on S. Kovalev on the talk page. Eli the Barrow-boy 12:59, 21 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Also, may I have a glance at the translation of the Russian research you mentioned? I've no clue what research you are exactly talking about. Eli the Barrow-boy 13:02, 21 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Send me an email and I'll send you a summary of the translation. --Comaze 21:06, 21 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I have sent you an email, thanks for cooperation. Eli the Barrow-boy 23:43, 22 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

As you have contributed to the article Multiple personality controversy, you may wish to know that it has been suggested that the article be merged into Dissociative identity disorder. For the sake of objectivity, I have not checked to see what your personal contribution to the article was it is best to notify interested parties regardless of whichever position, if any, they might take. See discussion at Talk:Multiple_personality_controversy#Request_for_comment:_suggested_merge_between_Multiple_personality_controversy_and_Dissociative_identity_disorder Doczilla 21:45, 1 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Eli. Thank you for your enthusiasm on the talk page about the possibility of exploring multiple consciousness and finding a place where it might be distinguishable from multiple personality - I am likewise in strange territory and having to catch up with Quantum mind and Electromagnetic theories of consciousness. I have been putting up a few references on the multiplicity page as I go. My furl locker has I think one more. But some of the best sources and onward references are on the wikiarticles linked in at See Also. I value your help and enthusiasm because I too think that it is very important.--Ziji 23:14, 5 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you very much! I have to finish writing one my work, and the deadline is near; so shortly afterwards I will return to multiple consciousness theory in an attempt to understand it, and then maybe I'll be able to contribute a little bit to the article (though sometimes you never know what other deadlines may fall on you)... I was about to study quantum theory of consciousness anyway. Eli the Barrow-boy 23:26, 5 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Ah! that explains the synchonous conversations we are having. I have been working at the Unconscious mind article as well and I now think some of this stuff belongs over there too. Bliss to deadlines--Ziji 00:25, 6 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
