What I liked:
• I think it was a good idea to start with the history since that hadn’t been added yet
• The introduction was a very good summary
• I liked how you presented your research with an impartial professional tone
• Your first reference by Dubey is perfect. It is a secondary source and seems to be an almost perfect summary of this topic
Future ideas:
• You could organize the already existing content into sections
• There is very little order in the existing page
• Add a picture or a figure
• I noticed that only the first citation Dubey’s paper was used. Maybe try to incorporate some of your other citations.
• The first sentence feels really long. You could break it into two sentences, for example:
• “The lattice protein model, first proposed by Dill et. al. in 1985, is a way to overcome the significant cost of predicting protein structure. The model uses only the hydrophobicity of the amino acids in the protein to predict the protein structure.”
• The second sentence identifies to classes: hydrophobic and polar. For consistency, I would use the classes hydrophobic and hydrophilic.
• If you find anymore citations as part of your research, I would also add them. I’m not sure but I think four references was meant to be treated as a minimum.
• Citations 2, 3, and 4 are primary research articles which is completely fine if they had something that can’t be found in a review article
• It would help your argument if you could find another review article

The word "predict" is repeated in the sentence, "Their method was able to quickly predict predict an estimate of protein structure by representing proteins as "short chains on a 2D square lattice". It looks like you have a couple more sections you are working on so maybe you have already done this but try to get a few more references, especially review articles. So far it looks like you have been able to create a nice addition to the article. Good luck! 23francesco (talk) 04:01, 6 December 2018 (UTC)
