Embracing (band)[edit]
Hey there, for any band to get an article in Wikipedia, it must be notable enough and the article must assert how it is notable. Please see WP:MUSIC#Criteria for musicians and ensembles for what must be the criteria to get an article.
In short, if there is some media coverage (in reliable third party sources; blogs and forums are not counted), then the article would be fine, provided you link to the media articles (see WP:CITE for how to cite these sources.
However, since it is your band, there is a conflict of interest which means you cannot create an article about your band. It is suggested to let others decide if the band is notable and create it. You can request that an article be created to draw others' attention. You are also strongly suggested not to edit that article once it has been created (except for, may be, obvious vandalism or simple factual mistakes).
