Added various assorted information about EMS (Electronic Music Studios)

I don't agree with Gordon Reid's opinion of the instability of the David Cockerell's design of the EMS Oscillators, I had a Synthi AKS, and found the Oscillator stabilty very good, but you had to understand that the instrument needed to be in a fairly consistant temperature invironment, and not exposed to large temperature variations.
