Re your request for assistance: the tips for writing biographies section at WikiProject Biography outlines the basic structure for writing biography articles. For articles on people convicted of crime(s), WikiProject Criminal Biography is a good place to start. I have added that WikiProject's banner to the talk page for the article so it is included in that project, and I've added an infobox, section headers and additional references to your article.
