Request reason:

I accept that my username is misleading and would like to change it. My contributions do not represent the interests of any organization and I believe they were both useful and unbiased. Very few people have a good knowledge of diagnostics for developing countries and some of the current information on Wiki in this field is either incorrect, misleading, non-existant or "low priority".
