Request reason:

I didn't know that my choice of a user name would be considered self-promotion and thought my experience would lend credibility to the duplex strainer page I edited. My edit was generic, non-self promotional and I would gladly change the user name to chrispasquali2001 or some other name if that is preferred. My only intention would be to assist with edits within the industrial fluid handling products fields I am familiar with, as I frequently use wiki and thought it would be kind to assist with edits that I was an expert on. I am a new user, the first page "FactoryDirect" I thought was supposed to be about me, I didn't understand what to put on that page. I did not realize there wasn't supposed to be a corporate affiliation in what I thought was an "about me" page. With regards to my expertise I identify with my company; however I understand now and can edit that page to just have some information about me; I will have to spend some time reviewing how others complete this page to do it right.
