Recent Budgie revert

Hi - I'm just curious, how did you catch that that reference was an older version of the wiki page? It seems like it may have been, by looking at the content, but do you have some quick way of doing it? Is there a known blacklist? However you did it, it sounds like it'd be helpful to a lot of people... Thanks.. Luminifer (talk) 05:33, 4 September 2009 (UTC)

You just Google specific text from different parts of the article. Fair Deal (talk) 12:29, 4 September 2009 (UTC)

Original Megadeth Mixes

Hey!

What is wrong with my edits? I just wanted let the fans know that the original mixes of the albums from peace sells... to countdown are available on vinyl. Do not delete them, but if you want change them (style for example). —Preceding unsigned comment added by 193.40.12.217 (talk) 19:16, 6 September 2009 (UTC)

You're using a sales link as a reference which is against the rules. Fair Deal (talk) 20:09, 6 September 2009 (UTC)

Edward Van Halen:Amplifier Edits

Hello Fair Deal,

I was trying to add some userful information under this section. Of course, it was 4am and I was going to come back and clean it up but you reverted everything. What are you looking for in an edit? There was really good info that I put in there, maybe I should have been given an opportunity to clean it up before it was removed.

What can I do to prevent that from happening in the future?

Thank you, much appreciated!

Mass amounts of content needs to be referenced from a reliable source. It can't be original research. Fair Deal (talk) 21:03, 6 September 2009 (UTC)
