I hope it's ok to post here. This is an interesting page. I really need to talk with User:Leafman again, and I may point him in this direction.

I'm interested in how you wish to measure editor value. You say some stuff about experienced editors versus new ones, but I'm also interested in how you compare someone who makes a hundred article and talk page edits that fail to resolve a dispute with someone who makes five talk page edits that facilitate finding a resolution.
