Hi Melcous,
Nora needed help editing her wikipedia page so I created this account for her. All changes were made by her or by her directly communicating to me as to what changes she made. I dont see the conflict of interest because all changes were made directly (or verbally) by her. Some of the edits you made on her page were not entirely correct and she wanted to revise them. Editing an article at the direction of the subject is absolutely a conflict of interest under wikipedia's guidelines (which you agreed to abide by when you created an account) - as is a person editing an article about themselves. You need to disclose your conflict, and rather than edit the article directly, you should request changes on the article's talk page. You should also note that accounts cannot be shared.
