Hi! Welcome to wikipedia. We appreciate your efforts to make this a good encyclopedia. You cna find out more about contributing at the welcome page.

I have reverted a link (http://www.hiitsource.com) you've added to the High-intensity interval training article a couple of times and wanted to let you know why. It does not contain any information not already included in the article or through the links that are already there. As such it is not a suitable link to add. (in fact we probably ought to get rid of some of the others by expanding the article somewhat). Please check out our external links guidelines for more on what external inks are appropriate on Wikipedia. Enjoy editing! -- Siobhan Hansa 19:23, 24 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop using Wikipedia to promote your link. It is a new, non-notable website to which you have a connection. And the page you added does not provide encyclopedic information on the subject of the article. Your addition of the link to Wikipedia articles breaches several of our guidelines including external links, spam an conflict of interest. Please consider adding neutral, encyclopedic content to Wikipedia, rather than using it to promote your website. Thanks -- Siobhan Hansa 23:11, 12 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
