Regarding my warning of the IP who posted the above

Foolscape, I warned the anonymous user because they engaged in a personal attack. Please do not think that my action signals any endorsement of your position on Talk:Eva Perón. If anything I think a Request for Comment should be filed about image use in the article, and that Andrew Parodi makes a rather compelling case with his fair use rationales. Will this dispute be a hindrance to a future FAC, and is the issue currently a danger to the article's GA status? Probably, and so a RfC is both warranted and urgently needed. As the GA nominator, I really do not want to see the article delisted. Better to systematically resolve this through the proper channels than to have the article's status downgraded. I also think that until there is proof that the above anon. user is Andrew Parodi, we should reserve judgement. Thank you for understanding. --Fsotrain⁰⁹ 20:06, 23 December 2006 (UTC)
