Regarding formatting and annotation guidelines for "See also" sections, see MOS:SEEALSO, which says that editors can "provide a brief annotation when a link's relevance is not immediately apparent, when the meaning of the term may not be generally known, or when the term is ambiguous" (i.e., not for every link in the section unless all the links meet these criteria), and annotations should be separated from the link with a spaced en dash (not a comma) and with no period at the end of the line.
