The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

[edit]If you think, an article should be reassessed, you don't remove the project banner altogether. You should just change the assessment parameter. Chanaka L (talk) 02:26, 17 March 2024 (UTC)
- Thanks @Chanakal, are you saying that every project banner on Wikipedia is *permanent* ??? G41rn8 (talk) 03:02, 17 March 2024 (UTC)
- I'd say the assigned WikiProject is permanent. But not the quality assessment though. Any editor within reason could change the assessment (up to B-class). See Wikipedia:Content assessment to get an idea. Chanaka L (talk) 03:11, 17 March 2024 (UTC)
