Ganbadev[edit]

Ganbadev or 'Ganbadev Ganoshotsav' is the popular and oldest ganesh festival celebration of Pusad city in Maharashtra state of India. Ganeshotsav festival is 10 days public festival started by Bal Gangadhar Tilak to unite people against the rulers in british India and spread awareness amongst them. Ganbadev ganeshotsav is founded by Dattaram Chavan Patil in year 1904. Today also this festival works for the public awareness about politics, culture through debates, speaches and various entertaining programs.
