Good morning, I am the son of one of the people killed in the PIA Flight 705 on May 20, 1965. I was thirteen when my father died and did not have a lot of information at the time of his death. The recent disappearance of the Malaysian airlines flight has revived many memories and I am searching for any and all information I can find about my father, Donald D. Love, an employee of Standard Oil of New Jersey and what happened during the accident.

Sorry for your loss, your best bet for information is PPRUNE (Professional Pilots RUmor NEtwork) a bulletin board on which many operational aircrew post - not sure what you expect to find, however they are significantly ahead of many news organizations, and are able to filter out the bs far better than the news people are - indeed they knew why the USN was searching off the western coast of Australia long before it got to CNN (there was a series of satellite signals that gave a very limited amount of info).NiD.29 (talk) 05:15, 24 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
