Lady Jubilation

This article has now been deleted several times under Wikipedia's Criteria for Speedy Deletion. Wikipedia tries to maintain a standard of notability for biographies, which is why it was deleted each time. If you have any other questions, feel free to elaborate on my talk page. EDIT: I see.. I wouldn't have written the article if I didn't think this particular person was notable.

Well, it makes sense that you think the Lady is notable, however that doesn't mean she necessarily meets the criteria set forth in Wikipedia:Biography. If you can rewrite the article to contain referenced, verifiable information that shows she meets the notability critieria, then the article can stay.
