Hi Gaussmarkov,

I have added some further explanation of the point I was making on the reactance talk page; to which you recently responded. It is a summary of my thoughts following an extended debate I had on this issue (also on the reactance talk page), which lead me to add the physical significance section to the article. I would be interested to hear more specifics on what you feel is the significance of reactance, independent of impedance.--DJIndica 01:37, 14 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and files for discussion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
