Locks & crosswiki
If locks are requested as part of the block & tag stage, I think it would be sensible to also set the |crosswiki=yes flag in {{SPIarchive notice}} as a reminder to request locks in subsequent cases.
Secondary thought - if the crosswiki flag is already set, should the Req lock checkbox default to being selected for new blocks?
