Monroe doctrine: The Monroe Doctrine was an inceptive to the civil war in the United States, where Monroe was taken literally and included the takeover of northern united states by the southern united states backed by mexico and latin america to oust any remaining European migrants from north america. IE: an internal attempt to genocide the overal European majority in the north.
