Zambuana Nsongusa JoaquimSuperscript text, (born 09 May 1959 in the town of Lufu-Toto, Bas-Congo; the Republic Democratic of Congo) is actually a member of Engineering and International Fiber Optics Association (FOA) Consulting, a Technologist and Political Adviser for Globalization Studies for Africa, a former expatriate Director administrator of Computer division (Informatica) of COMETA-U.E.E Luanda/ Angola government civil servant, who is now acting as Politician Activist for the Republic Democratic of Congo seeking for the office of governor or a regional parliamentary member (Depute Provincial). He has been a Campaign Deputy Officer of 2009 President Barak Obama for the State of Virginia, Norfolk. In 2012, he will make the consensus choice to serve as the next governor of the region of Bas-Congo. Zambuana has previously served as great helper to several Congolese politicians while conducting their campaigns as national or regional deputies , Senators and Solicitor-General of Zaire or Congo, as well as Minister of Post, Telecommunications and Transport...refusing himself to accept any politico-administrative position: << I will not take any political job in Congo unless the people put me in (by means of elections). I hate briberies, corruption and abuse of power>> says Mr. Zambuana. Zambuana has held positions as COMETA-U.E.E administrator from Angola (1986-88). He is now working for his own businesses that he created : 1) The Electronics Systems Technologies in Maryland USA (A Technical and Engineering consulting firm), 2) The Kemiland Medical Center of Righini Kinshasa (a private own polyclinic where poor families get almost free medical care). He has considerable experience in advance Technology and medium company management. He spend time focusing in social and poverty self studies and research. He has strong political adviser for Congolese crisis/matters since he i the owner of several internet based radios, TV channels where he is the Host as “Impressario Joaquim Zambuana”. With his Radio-TV program “MON PAYS, MA PATRIE, Zambuana is well known to the entire Congolese community in the diaspora. Most likely he is the chosen candidate to win any election while supported by the diaspora. He loves criticizing today churches: “pastors, preachers and prophets have lost the path to Jesus preaching---all are there for money, not for soul winning”.
Early life and education
ZambuanaSuperscript text was born in The Congo and attended primary school in Matadi and mid-secondary schools in Kisantu, The Catholic Mission of Nkolo and got his high school diploma (Diplome d’Etat: Math-Physics) at College Ntetembwa of Matadi before leaving the region for Kinshasa (capital) where he attended high engineering education of Institut Superieur des Techniques Appliquees (ISTA-Ndolo). From the United State of America, he graduated from the University of the District of Columbia in Washington, DC. USA , college of science and engineering with a Bachelor of Science majoring in Systems-Engineering Electrical and Mechanical degrees (1995). He then obtained his dual masters degree (The University of Maryland, College Park) in the fields of Telecommunications emphasizing in Space satellite and terrestrial Networks and a second degree in Information Technology Management. Before acquiring a Master of Management from the University of Maryland, he became one of the first Congolese expert in international maritime fiber optics design, installation and policy maker for the African continent. Zambuana got several awards from NASA for participating in the design and implementation of several sophisticated high speed networks for telecommunications (space and terrestrial networks) including engineering projects completed for the international space lab “Freedom Space Station).
