He is referred to as Sir Benjamin d'Urban, which is what people will use to find him. no articles come up under search for him.

- Sorry - my mergeto tag was misleading. You do not simply copy and paste articles. You create redirects - why should I create them for you?
- Wiki policy is to strip people's titles (eg. Sir) from article titles (eg. Benjamin d'Urban). For example Sir Benjamin Guinness and Sir Bernard Lovell are both redirects. I would say that Benjamin d'Urban is the correct title. If you prefer Benjamin D'Urban, which is probably equally acceptable, you will need to contact an admin to do the move.
- Feel free to create more redirects from the titled form of his name. You have plenty of choice: Sir Benjamin d’Urban, Sir Benjamin D’urban, Sir Benjamin D’Urban, Sir Benjamin d'Urban, Sir Benjamin D'urban, Sir Benjamin D'Urban !
