Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions, but in one of your recent edits to Belle Delphine, it appears that you have added original research, which is against Wikipedia's policies. Original research refers to material—such as facts, allegations, ideas, and personal experiences—for which no reliable, published sources exist; it also encompasses combining published sources in a way to imply something that none of them explicitly say. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources. Thank you. I only took facts from a video that she herself posted on YouTube, thanks :) Greeze e goblin (talk) 16:07, 11 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not add or significantly change content without citing verifiable and reliable sources, as you did with this edit to Belle Delphine. Before making any potentially controversial edits, it is recommended that you discuss them first on the article's talk page. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. ProcrasinatingReader (talk) 16:17, 11 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I only took facts from the video that she posted. And the link to her YouTube channel has already been added Greeze e goblin (talk) 16:19, 11 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Warning icon Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to add unsourced or poorly sourced content, as you did at Belle Delphine, you may be blocked from editing. RedRiver660 (talk) 16:31, 11 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

So should I put the link to her video? Greeze e goblin (talk) 16:35, 11 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

You may use primary sources for straight forward facts only. See WP:PRIMARY for more details.. {{reply to|Can I Log In}}'s talk page! 16:38, 11 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

At this point, you are at 3 reverts. Please note that we have a 3 revert rule, meaning that more than 3 reverts within 24 hours is ground for a block for edit warring. While I know that your edits are correct, welcome to Wikipedia, no original research allowed. Must be verified by a reliable source. Thank you. {{reply to|Can I Log In}}'s talk page! 16:38, 11 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Is the video from her own YouTube channel considered a reliable source? Greeze e goblin (talk) 16:43, 11 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Because if so, I'd be happy to put the link if that's what I need to do Greeze e goblin (talk) 16:44, 11 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you vandalize Wikipedia, as you did with this edit to Belle Delphine. ProcrasinatingReader (talk) 18:33, 11 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Oh COME ON. vandalize? Ok. How can I "properly" write an article. I put the link to her own video where I got all the facts from! Greeze e goblin (talk) 18:35, 11 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Okay ProcrasinatingReader, that was WP:BITE. You should be using {{uw-unsourced4}}, not {{uw-vandalism4}}.
So regarding reliable sources. Using her own YouTube channel as a source is generally not reliable, is is accepted if it meets the 5 criteria in WP:SELFSOURCE. In short, it must not be challenged or likely to be challenged, and must only be for directly the subject, and nobody else. In this context, you should also follow the no original research policy, particularly the usage of primary sources.
Overall, just use secondary sources. Any further questions should be taken to the Biographies of living persons Noticeboard, No original research Noticeboard, or the reliable sources noticeboard. {{reply to|Can I Log In}}'s talk page! 19:02, 11 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
