First of all, who is "we"? If you have any sort of association with an organisation which makes, provides or promotes the subject of the article then you should read WP:COI before making any more edits about it. Furthermore making edits which you expect to be paid for (e.g. as part of your job) without declaring that fact is against Wikipedia's terms of use.

I deleted the article because it was blatant advertising: it described the subject in such a way as to promote it. Wikipedia is a neutral encyclopedia, it isn't supposed to promote anything or anyone. Our articles should not read like press releases or marketing material. The article also contained copyrighted text copied from elsewhere on the internet. We don't allow that either because it isn't compatible with Wikipedia's licensing.

Lastly the page had a notice at the bottom saying: Please do not edit this page. This page is created and monitored by the Center for Job Order Contracting Excellence as a resource and all marketing items will be deleted. You do not get to do that here - see WP:OWN. It is in the nature of Wikipedia that nobody owns any particular page, and all pages can be edited by almost anybody. If you want to write something other people cannot edit then you need to go somewhere else. Hut 8.5 17:38, 18 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

If that's your association with the subject then I don't think you should be writing articles about it per WP:COI. If you do then I strongly suggest you use the articles for creation process to get the article published, which will give you feedback about whether it is acceptable. I'm not prepared to restore the deleted version for you - as I've said I don't think you should be writing about this topic, we do not restore material which violates copyright, and most of the material in the deleted version was not suitable for an encyclopedia.
