You can see my reason for deletion at the page's log. WP:C&E is an especially relevant page. If you're not already familiar with it, you should have a look at deletion policy, and the prod and AfD processes in particular -- I originally deleted it under prod, it's been restored and is now at AfD. Please read Wikipedia policies and guidelines: As a tradition, Wikipedia offers wide latitude to users to manage their user space as they see fit. However, pages in user space still do belong to the community Wikipedia:User page.
