Content dispute
[edit]You appear to be involved in a content dispute with another user on University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. This is not vandalism. It is clear that user gubernaculum13 is engaged in a systematic effort to undermine the reputation of UTSW medical center while promoting that of its quote-unquote "rival," Baylor College of Medicine. Note how user "gubernaculum13" begins editing the article immediately after my initial revision of the UTSW article, all of which are cited and supportable facts, and how, at precisely the same time, a user by the name of "dinglebat13," (clearly he has used different usernames to hide his tracks) makes similar edits to the BCM page. In both, the user emphasizes the primacy of the deeply flawed USNWR rankings, to obscure the vast superiority of UTSW's research enterprise. I have included the edit history of both articles below - it should be clear to everyone that this is the same user. In his guise of "Dinglebat13" the user removes several unflattering, however true facts about BCM, including its FAILED merger with Rice University, which was rejected by the majority of the Rice governing board since it did not wish to take on the massive debt burden that has accumulated as a result of BCM's deeply flawed governance. Notice how the article makes no mention of this. Note also how user "Dinglebat13" attempts to whitewash BCM's PLUMMET in the USNWR rankings from 13-17. He remarks that "the actual funding remains the same" and neglects to mention that, in fact the University had been DISHONESTLY reporting research funding from the nearby MD Anderson Cancer Center (which is in fact owned and operated by the University of Texas System) as its own. It was dropping the massive funding of MD Anderson's research enterprise from its USNWR "balance sheet" that caused BCM to plummet in the USNWR rankings. Most consider this new ranking to be a more honest reflection of the medical school's true rank.
The edit history of "both" users may be found below. It should be evident from the pattern of the user's edits as well as the timing that both users are in fact the same person. And the need to hide this via an "identity switch" should be a clue to anyone observing the edit history of this page that Dinglebat13/Gubernaculum13 is engaged in dishonest editing. Analyzing the content of each of this user's so-called "edits" reveals his intent. All edits to BCM article promote the identity of the scholl, and all edits to UTSW's article provide misleading/unflattering facts and or delete legitimate comparisons.
