It's not quite all living persons articles yet, but I'm getting there!

Could I just point out 3 things:

• I'm just the delivery boy. {{Blp}} is not my policy. I have some reservations about it, too, but it's come from up top.
• The primary purpose of my bot run is tagging for WikiProject Biography
• The templates are transcluded not substituted, so messages can be changed or even turned off depending on future developments.
