I am requesting a change to my user name from MuscleTalk Mondays to Handoftheking. I simply wanted to make useful contributions to wikipedia fitness and well being sections. It was not due to nefarious means, but simply I did not know the full rules around advertising and promotion. My proposed name change will end that.
