I think my contributions would make the Tashkent page more useful and utility of the page would increase. The information was unique, Lately updated, and most usefull for any body interested in Tashkent. A can not even imagine that a sane human being would delete that. Only Robot can do. The links were not against the policy of Wikipedia.
Your website seems indeed very useful for people traveling to Tashkent. Unfortunately, the links you added were against policy of Wikipedia; specifically the policy about Advertising and conflicts of interest. Given how useful your website is, I understand that the impression can arise that the links must have been removed by a robot, but it was indeed a human who removed them, and he or she acted according to our policies. I should explain why we have that policy: Because Wikipedia can be edited by anybody, it is often abused by people who only come here to promote their business. To fight that, we came up with this rigid policy. I think the policy makes sense in 99% of all cases, which is more than most laws in most countries. I personally feel that your case should be an exception because your links really do add value. (And if you get some business that way, so be it; I feel you deserve it for the good work you did.) But there's not much of a chance for such an exception; unfortunately most people here have become a bit paranoid towards people whose only contributions are adding links to their own pages. I had thought that maybe people would accept it if I, as an uninvolved editor, added just one link, but it was a tough choice, and the overview page http://www.harleytourism.com/tashkent-2200.html appears more promotional than the individual pages you added. The beauty of each page, and the diligence you put into them, doesn't show in the overview page.
There's another problem: Your user name is against our policy - see WP:ORGNAME. If you decide to stay here then you would have to choose a different user name. This, too, is somewhat ironic or even kafkaesque: You probably just wanted to be honest by choosing that name. But that policy, too, is not worth fighting against, because it works well in most cases, and it's very easy to just choose another name.
It seems to me that the Wikitravel article on Tashkent might be a better place for your links; I don't know because I have never edited anything there, and I recommend reading their Tips for new contributors first.
