Your edit was reverted (not by me) because it was irrelevant to the Public toilet article. However, your contribution appears to be well-cited and relevant to the Open defecation article, so I suggest that you add it there instead. If your contribution is relevant to an article and well-cited, it is much more likely to be retained. Your work needs some copyediting cleanup, but somebody will fix it up after you have added it.
